✅ How to Connect WPForms (Step by Step)

Step 1: Install WPForms Plugin

1. Login to WordPress Dashboard

2. Go to Plugins → Add New

3. Search WPForms

4. Click Install Now → Activate

Step 2: Create a New Form

1. Go to WPForms → Add New

2. Give your form a name (e.g., Contact Form)

3. Choose a template (Simple Contact Form / Blank Form)

4. Add or edit fields:

   • Name

   • Email

   • Phone

   • Message

5. Click Save

Step 3: Set Up Form Notifications (Email)

1. Go to Settings → Notifications inside WPForms

2. Add Admin Email (where form data should arrive)

3. Set:

   • Send To Email Address

   • Email Subject

   • From Name

4. Save settings

Step 4: Add Form to a Page

Method 1 (Easy):

1. Open the page where you want the form

2. Click + Add Block

3. Select WPForms block

4. Choose your form from dropdown

5. Update page

Method 2 (Shortcode):

• Copy shortcode from WPForms

• Paste it inside page content

Step 5: Set Confirmation Message / Thank You Page

1. WPForms → Your Form → Settings → Confirmations

2. Choose:

   • Show Message (Thank you message) OR

   • Redirect to Thank You Page
